The sales person was informative and never pushy. The installer was efficient. We did, however, have some communication mishaps with the office. After we sent in our deposit check, there seems to be a long delay before the installation was actually scheduled. I do believe it was just a mistake on the part of the office staff. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Well, Middlesex Overhead Doors not only beat, but blew away our expectations. They came to our home quickly, with a quote that was less than every other garage door repair company. The "other companies" told us they could not get the same panels so we would have to replace the entire door. They also replaced worn springs and checked the others. Middlesex Overhead Doors is very honest and did the job very efficiently.

I had previous experience with this company at my other home so I called them when I moved and needed 2 new doors. The product is great and has made a nice improvement to my new home.
