My door weighs 120 LB. This caused the pulleys and cables to fail and put excessive force stress on my garage door opener. I had to replace the springs, pulleys, cables, and garage door opener. When this was brought to their attention, the VP of the company refused to take responsibility for their technicians' mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Our garage door had been acting up, and Paul diagnosed the problem immediately. He described the repairs, replaced a faulty extension cable, broken springs, and installed safety cables on both garage doors. My whole experience was positive because of Paul O. He was on time, was easy to talk to, worked quickly and did a great job. I'll contact Paul O for future garage repairs.
