Shirley was patient and listened well when we first started the process of selection. Neil was responsive to questions on the quote. In the end, Neil came with competitive bid and we decided to go with Middlesex. They stayed on schedule for installation. 2 garage doors were installed in Feb 2020.

Sales people were knowledgeable and helpful. Estimator showed up on time and explained what preparations were needed to insure a smooth installation. Installer completed the job, removed the old door, and cleaned up the area in about five hours. He also made sure I understood the operation of the whole system: remote openers, wall mounted pads, and safety reversing sensor, before he left.
